My Story

My story began in survival long before I had words for it. I grew up in a home marked by alcoholism, physical abuse, and fear. My father drank heavily and was violent, often beating my mother and us children. Home was not a place of rest—it was a place of vigilance. I learned early how to stay quiet, how to read the room, how to brace myself for what might come next. What I didn’t know then was that my nervous system was learning to survive before my heart ever learned how to feel safe.

That survival followed me into my teenage years and adulthood. Anger lived just beneath the surface—not because I was “bad,” but because unresolved pain has a voice. I made choices rooted in brokenness, confusion, and a deep longing to be seen and safe. I didn’t realize that years of living in constant alert had taken a toll on my mind and body. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy” (John 10:10), and little by little, peace, joy, and clarity were being stolen from the inside out.

Eventually, everything I had been holding together fell apart. I experienced a mental breakdown that brought me to the end of myself. But that breaking point became a holy turning point. In my darkest season, Jesus met me—not with condemnation, but with mercy. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). He didn’t just rescue me—He began to restore me. Healing was not instant, but it was real. Through faith, counseling, renewing my mind, and learning how trauma shapes our thoughts and behaviors, I began the slow, sacred work of rebuilding. God showed me that what I thought was weakness was actually the result of carrying too much for too long.

Today, I coach because I know what it feels like to live in survival—and I know what it feels like to come out of it. I understand the fear of your own thoughts, the exhaustion that comes from being strong for too long, and the longing to feel whole again. I don’t believe God wastes pain. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). What once nearly destroyed me has become the very place God uses to help others find hope, healing, and purpose.

My heart is to walk alongside those who are ready to move from survival into wholeness—helping them renew their minds, rediscover their identity, strengthen their faith, and step into the life God always intended for them. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him” (Romans 8:28). Healing is possible. Freedom is real. And your story is not over.

Why I Coach

Blog.jpg

I didn’t start coaching because life was easy—I started coaching because I’ve walked through seasons that nearly broke me and found real healing on the other side. I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, feel stuck in survival mode, and quietly wonder if life will ever feel whole again. Through counseling, faith, intentional inner work, and the grace of God, I learned that healing is not only possible—it can be tangible, sustainable, and deeply transforming.

Coaching became a calling when I realized that the very places I once struggled are now the places I’m equipped to help others grow. I walk alongside individuals who are ready to move forward—strengthening identity, renewing the mind, rebuilding confidence, and learning how to live with purpose again. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level encouragement. I offer compassionate guidance, practical tools, and faith-filled support for those ready to step out of survival and into wholeness. My heart is to help you discover who you are, where you’re going, and how to walk that journey with clarity, courage, and hope.
